Reflection

By determining what is not ocnsentful, the consentful design then could be identified. My intention is from the consent agreement before installing any software. I clearly know that those agreements contain terms against me, such as trading my personal data, but I have to agree everything in order to use the software. Few people read the agreement from top to bottom thoroughly, so they might have no idea what the terms imply.

Essentially, user data and privacy is the digital body that people store in the virtual world. User should have rights to protect their digital body from bully and trading. Thus, I wrote three questions that demonstrate the underlying meaning to compose a mini consent agreement form. I would like to accomplish the sense of asking user with hypocrisy but actually force users to accept the agreement.

A consentful design that corresponding to FRIES should be made without pressure. By being opposite to these rules, I would like users to be informed about the underlying meaning when accept the agreement. I also would like to simulate the situation that I was forced to accept every term to proceed. If the physical bully, harassment and trading are not accepted in physical world, then it also definitely should be prohibited in digital world.
